ABOUT  THE  PHOTOGRAPHER
 

My name is Diane Smith. I am located in Williamsburg Virginia.  I have been photographing weddings and portraits for the past twenty years.  Having studied under David Levinson for three years and Harry Noland for one year, I received a degree in Commercial- Arts/Photography.  I had managed a photo lab for  eighteen years.  Last year I was published in an international photographic contest. I have received numerous awards and have shown my work at The Occasion for the Arts in Colonial Williamsburg. Please check the website for show dates. We are always updating so please come back.

 I am now focusing most of my attention on the shooting aspects of photography. The style that I choose is one of artistic expression and enough tradition to please the whole family. I use a mixture of color, black and white, and infrared films as well as digital. Please feel free to make an appointment to see examples of our various album choices. You have a choice of a traditional leather album or a more up to date magazine type album.

 Your day is important to me. I only schedule one wedding per day so as not to limit your coverage. There is no time or print limits. I will cover whatever you feel is important. I have one very accomplished assistant working with me to help catch all aspects of the wedding.
